Position Overview : We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our expansion efforts and drive revenue growth. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives tasked with onboarding new beauty and wellness providers onto our platform. Your role will be instrumental in developing and implementing sales strategies, training and motivating the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of KPIs. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company and driving our overall sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our network of beauty and wellness providers.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product enhancement and market expansion.• Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to optimize team performance and identify areas for improvement.• Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement within the sales team.• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including beauty and wellness providers, industry partners, and internal leadership.• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and decision-making.• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for executive leadership and other stakeholders.
Qualifications :• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.• 5-8y Experience with proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the online platforms or e-commerce industry.• Strong understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices.• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, processes, and systems.• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
