Konnet is a fast growing beauty brand aggregator operating in Thailand and distribute to global market. We are passionate in researching best formulation for long lasting healthy and beautiful skin and continuously develop and launch own key brand products under NUFORMULA and FRESHMENT, as well seeking for high quality and innovative beauty brands from global market to distribute and market in Thailand through omni channel distributions, aim to have over 30 brands in portfolio and achieve huge growth rate +500% by year 2025
Responsibilities :• Act as a primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to manage priorities and ensure deliverables are met.• Prepare brand reports and conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reviews of brand performance against targets, presenting the reports to clients.• Monitor and optimize overall brand presence on social media and E-commerce platforms daily, aligning strategies with marketing/sales goals and objectives.• Collaborate closely with internal Brand Supervisor, Senior Brand Manager, and overseas clients to ensure successful marketing activities, product launches, and stable sales.• Stay ahead of emerging new products, industry trends, and competitor activities to ensure a progressive approach.• Provide guidance to brands on go-to-market strategies for new product ranges.• Assist with other brand management activities.
Requirements :• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Key Account management, international brands, sales and marketing, retail, or consulting.• Strong client service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Demonstrated responsibility, professionalism, and motivation as a team player, proactive in meeting client needs.• Proven ability to work effectively in virtual/global team environments and on-site.• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.• Experience in E-commerce, FMCG, beauty, or project management is advantageous.• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.• Fluent in both English & Thai with strong verbal, written and presentation skills.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
