Job description of IT Manager role:• Lead and oversee all IT operations and projects.• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and strategies.• Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of IT systems.• Manage IT staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.• Budgeting and resource allocation for IT initiatives.• Identify and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.• Strong technical knowledge of network hardware, including Cisco routers, switches, WLC.• Proficiency with VMware/Nutanix, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Windows 10/11 environments.• Experience with security software and firewall management.• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.• Proven ability to manage and lead an IT infrastructure team.
Preferred Qualifications:• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.• English communication skill.• Knowledge of ISO 27001 will be considered an advantage. • Experience in manufacturing industry IT environments will be considered an advantage.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
